Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop tooling solutions for industrial equipment and machinery using Solid Works software.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project communication and timely delivery.

- Conduct feasibility studies, create prototypes, and test new designs to optimize performance and efficiency.

- Troubleshoot issues with existing tools or fixtures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for tool designs and developments.

- Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless integration of recent tool designs.

Job Requirements :

- Proficiency in Solid Works software for creating complex models and designs is required.

- A strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, materials science, and kinematics is necessary.

- Experience on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders is expected.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
