Job Responsibilities:

- Handle billing and accounting work for wholesale TMT/steel sales.
- Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans and related documents.
- Maintain customer accounts, ledgers and outstanding payments.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts and payments.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for billing and order processing.
- Check rates, quantities, GST and invoice details before billing.
- Maintain daily sales and collection records.
- Follow up on pending/outstanding payments when required.
- Maintain proper records and support routine office accounting work.

Requirements:

- Experience in TMT/steel wholesale billing and accounts preferred.
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing and basic accounting.
- Positive knowledge of Busy and MS Excel.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Responsible, accurate and detail-oriented.

Salary: Starting ₹10,000/month, depending on experience. Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
