Job Title: Tool Setter
Experience: 3m to 4yrs
Qualification : Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering

Tool Setter VMC & HMC: Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set up VMC and HMC machines for production.
- Select and install the required cutting tools, holders, and fixtures.
- Set tool offsets, work offsets, and machine parameters.
- Load and check CNC programs before production.
- Perform tool setting and tool length measurement.
- Check first-piece dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Monitor tool wear and replace tools when required.
- Maintain proper tool life and tool records.
- Troubleshoot basic machine/tool setting issues.
- Follow quality, safety, and 5S procedures.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to maintain smooth production.
