Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools and equipment in the tool room to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in setting up recent molds, making necessary adjustments to fit different products.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues with tools and equipment, performing minor repairs as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (plastics & rubber).
- Knowledge of injection molding processes and techniques.
- Basic understanding of CAD software for designing molds (e.g. SolidWorks).
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly throughout the day.
