We’re looking for a Therapist Hiring Executive who can help us identify, engage, and onboard talented therapists who are passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives.

Position: Therapist Hiring Executive

Location: Delhi NCR

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment/HR preferred

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing end-to-end hiring for therapists across multiple therapy domains
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates
- Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidate fit
- Building and maintaining a robust therapist talent pipeline
- Coordinating interviews, assessments,



and onboarding
- Working closely with clinical and operations teams on hiring requirements
- Ensuring timely closure of critical positions

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Is proactive, organised, and target-driven
- Can manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Understands recruitment and candidate engagement
- Has experience in healthcare/therapy recruitment — a plus, but not mandatory
