Duties and Responsibilities

- Ability to Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce Pages, LWC based on specific requirements to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.

- Ability to manage a small team of Developers.

- Proven success in applying a structured approach to analyze business problems and architect innovative technology-based solutions within the defined enterprise guidelines and standards.

- Will be responsible for managing Salesforce CRM platform.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- B.E in Information technology with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

- Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer.

- Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming, etc.)

- Knowledge of VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience, SOQL Statements.





- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle.

- Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities and AppExchange / ISV solutions.

- Need experience in designing and implementing new Salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts and other standard Salesforce customizations.

- Experience in defining enterprise architecture, mapping existing systems to it, and identifying and evaluating options to close gaps.

- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a rapid-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor.

- Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach.

- Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies.

- Outstanding teamwork skills.

- Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities.
