Looking for a Production Assistant with 2–3 years of experience in production/agency/production house.
What you’ll do:
* Manage vendor invoices, POs and payment follow-ups.
* Track project spends and maintain basic financial trackers.
* Coordinate between Producers, Accounts, vendors and clients.
* Handle payment-related communication and follow-ups.
* Keep track of basic production documentation and compliance.
What we’re looking for:
* Valuable understanding of production and budgets.
* Strong communication and follow-up skills.
* Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
* Comfortable dealing with vendors, clients and internal teams.
* Basic understanding of GST/TDS is a plus.
