nAs we continue expanding across India, we are looking for an energetic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team.

nKey Responsibilities

- Drive franchise sales and achieve monthly territory sales targets.
n
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospective franchise partners.
n
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
n
- Conduct virtual presentations, meetings, and business discussions with prospects.
n
- Support franchise partners with business setup, operational guidance, and growth strategies.
n
- Monitor territory performance and recommend initiatives to improve revenue and market penetration.
n
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth franchise launches.
n
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, forecasts, and pipeline management.
n
- Ensure franchise partners follow Waasle Laundry's operational standards and brand guidelines.

nWhat We're Looking For

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
n
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales.
n
- Strong understanding of sales management and territory planning.
n
- Ability to train, mentor, and support franchise partners.
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
n
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and online meeting platforms.
n
- Experience in franchise, retail, service, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
