SurgeonsLab

Delhi

Delhi NCR (Gurugram) | Full time, field-based | 2–5 years experience

???? ???? ?????? ??? ?????

This is a demanding, technically complex sales role. We would rather receive 20 accurate applications than 500 optimistic ones.

Every claim you make — years of experience, revenue closed, attainment, incentives, methodology, languages, notice period — will be verified at offer stage against appraisal or incentive letters, payslips and reference checks with named former managers. If a claim cannot be substantiated, the application is closed, even if everything else is strong.

Answer the screening questions truthfully, including where the honest answer is "no". A "no" does not automatically disqualify you. A false "yes" does.

????? ???????????

SurgeonsLab develops high-fidelity physical and virtual simulation platforms for surgical and endovascular procedures. Our technology replicates real human anatomy, vasculature and blood flow, letting surgeons, interventional radiologists, neurointerventionalists and device engineers train, test and innovate without risk to patients. We operate from the USA, Switzerland and India serving hospitals, medical colleges, simulation centres, research institutions, and the R&D;, clinical affairs and skilled education teams of leading device companies across Europe, the US and Asia.

Opportunity: This is a foundational role, not a regional handover. You will open the market.

????? ???? ???????? ???? ???? ????

- The India commercial headquarters and R&D; operations of international device companies based in Gurugram and wider NCR
- Major teaching and tertiary hospitals across Delhi NCR with active interventional radiology, neurointervention and interventional cardiology programmes
- Government and institutional medical colleges, which buy through formal tender processes
- Medical universities, skills laboratories and simulation centres
- Clinical societies and congress organisers running hands-on training programmes
- Regional distributors covering North and East India

???? ??? ???? ???????? ??

This role has three revenue streams. You will work all three.

?. ??????? ?????? ????????? ??? ?&? ?????

Open accounts with device manufacturers, their R&D; and engineering teams, and their clinical affairs and professional education functions. Simulation is used here for device design, bench testing, design validation, physician preference testing and product-launch training.

?. ?????????, ??????? ???????? ??? ?????????? ???????

Build relationships with interventional radiologists, neurointerventionalists, vascular surgeons, neurosurgeons, interventional cardiologists, department heads, simulation centre directors and procurement teams.

?. ???????, ?????????? ??? ?????? ?????????

Design and sell rental, pay-per-use and placement models suited to Indian capital constraints. Plan and deliver hands-on training workshops on surgical and endovascular procedures, funded by device company sponsorship or educational grants, in partnership with clinical societies and key opinion leaders.

You will also keep accurate CRM records, build account plans, hold a reliable forecast, and represent SurgeonsLab at Indian and international congresses.

??? ?? ??? ??????? ???

Two profiles are welcome.

??????? ? — ??? ??????? ???? ?? ???? ?????

2–5 years selling medical devices, capital equipment, scientific or laboratory equipment, or diagnostics. Ideally in or adjacent to interventional radiology, neurointervention, interventional cardiology, vascular surgery or neurosurgery. You know what a cath lab or operating theatre looks like from the inside.

??????? ? — ??? ???? ????????? ???? ??????? ??? ???? ?? ???? ???? ???????

2–5 years in technical B2B sales, SaaS, engineering solutions or another genuinely complex solution-selling environment. No MedTech background, but a real record of opening accounts and closing business, and a credible reason for moving into medical technology.

Both profiles must meet the requirements below. We do not lower the bar for Profile B.

????????? ????????????

- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience personally owning a target, with a record you can evidence: annual target, attainment percentage, and total value closed. Lead generation, inside sales support, telecalling and marketing roles do not meet this on their own.
- At least one new account personally opened from zero in the last 24 months — an account that had never purchased from your company before, where you were the person who opened it. You will be asked to name these accounts.
- Demonstrated practical use of a structured sales methodology — MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Consultative or Value-Based Selling. You must be able to describe one specific deal, naming the stakeholders, in which you applied it.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business or a related field.
- Professional English, spoken and written, sufficient to present to senior clinicians and work with international colleagues.
- Professional working proficiency in Hindi, in addition to English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across India and internationally, including overnight stays and weekend travel for congresses and workshops.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle for local travel.
- Comfortable entering cath labs and operating theatres, and completing vendor credentialing.
- Based in Delhi NCR, or willing to relocate at your own cost before joining.

???????? ?????????
- Familiarity with procedures such as thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, flow diversion, embolisation or EVAR, and with device categories such as microcatheters, guidewires, stent retrievers and coils
- Existing relationships with interventional or surgical specialists in your region
- Experience selling to device companies or R&D; teams, not only to hospitals
- Experience organising or supporting clinical workshops, cadaver labs or congress activity
- Familiarity with rental, placement,

lease or pay-per-use commercial models
- Working knowledge of CDSCO pathways, hospital tenders or the GeM portal
- Distributor and channel management experience
- CRM proficiency — Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar

???? ???? ???? ??? ?????????? ????
- You are comfortable being first in a market, with no brand recognition to lean on
- You can hold a technical conversation with an engineer and a clinical one with a surgeon on the same day
- You understand that in India, how the commercial model is structured often matters as much as the product
- You can run a workshop end to end and convert it into pipeline
- You learn anatomy and device technology quickly and accurately
- You tell your manager the truth about your pipeline, including when it is bad

?????????

North and East India, with travel to other regions and internationally as required.

????????????

Fixed salary plus uncapped performance-linked incentive, depending on demonstrated experience, evidenced sales record and clinical exposure.

Indicative annual CTC: INR 7,00,000 – 13,00,000, plus uncapped incentive. NCR sits at the higher end of Indian MedTech pay, reflecting the concentration of multinational employers.

Travel expenses, mobile and data allowance, and the equipment required for the role are provided per company policy.

???????????? ??? ?????????? ??????

At offer stage we may request and verify: employment and relieving letters, payslips, appraisal or incentive letters supporting your sales record, educational certificates, references from named former managers, and third-party background verification.

??? ?? ?????

Answer the screening questions accurately, then submit:

- CV
- A note of max 300 words covering: the largest deal you personally closed and its value, the methodology you used and how, and why you want to work in MedTech
- Your current location and notice period
- Your current fixed and variable compensation
- Two former reporting managers contactable at offer stage

Applications without the 300-word note will not be reviewed.

?????? ???????

- Screening review and CV shortlist
- AI or recorded initial interview
- Structured sales interview
- Technical learning assessment — you receive material on an unfamiliar product and must explain it. We assess learning speed, not medical knowledge.
- Practical exercise — customer conversation, pitch or account plan
- Leadership interview
- Document verification and reference checks
- Offer

????? ???????????

SurgeonsLab considers all qualified applicants without regard to gender, religion, caste, marital status, disability or any other personal characteristic unrelated to the ability to perform this role.

??? ???????????

India's interventional and surgical volumes are rising quickly, and the country has become a genuine R&D; and commercial base for global MedTech. Few people get to build a product category in a market at that point.

If you know this field, or can learn it fast, and would rather build than manage — we want to hear from you.

- If your record does not yet meet the mandatory requirements, please do not apply now. Apply when it does. We will still be hiring.
