Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing eligibility criteria, and coordinating internal inputs needed for submissions.

The Tendering

Specialist prepares and structures technical and commercial proposals, ensures compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and aligns submissions with company policies and pricing strategies. Daily activities include working closely with sales, procurement, and technical teams to gather accurate information, maintaining tender documentation and databases,



and tracking deadlines and follow-ups. The role also involves analyzing tender results, supporting negotiations, and providing regular reporting and insights to management to improve win rates and tendering efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid tender management skills, including experience in end-to-end tender administration and compliance review.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to evaluate tender requirements, pricing structures, risk factors, and competitive positioning.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with clients or partners.
- Candidates should possess proposal writing skills to develop well-structured technical and commercial documents aligned with tender specifications.
- Candidates should possess procurement-related skills, including coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders for cost and material information.
- Relevant experience in tendering or sales support within technology, electronics, automotive, or related industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and tender portals are expected.
