Tender Executive – Job Role Key Responsibilities: Search and identify relevant government, PSU and private tenders for STP, ETP, RO, water treatment and wastewater projects. Review tender documents, BOQ, technical specifications, eligibility criteria and commercial terms . Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender bids within deadlines.

Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Finance and Management for tender requirements. Prepare EMD, tender fees, performance guarantees and other required documents . Prepare technical compliance statements and deviations.

Coordinate with vendors for quotations and supporting technical documents. Handle e-tender portals , online bid submission and document uploads. Track tender status, corrigenda, clarifications and bid openings.

Prepare quotations and price comparisons for management approval. Maintain a database of submitted, awarded and unsuccessful tenders. Coordinate post-tender clarification, negotiation and work-order/PO formalities .

Ensure complete documentation and compliance with tender conditions.
