Job Responsibilities

Customers ko phone par loan products aur services ke baare mein information dena.

Current customers ko call karke loan requirements samajhna.

Customer queries ka professional way mein response dena.

Interested customers se required details aur documents collect karna.

Follow-up calls karna aur leads ko maintain karna.

Daily calling and follow-up targets achieve karna.

Customer information ko confidential rakhna.

Requirements

Good communication skills.

Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred.

Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Telecalling, sales or loan industry experience will be an advantage.

Salary

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹28000+ Incentives
