About the Role We are hiring an entry-level Business Development Trainee responsible for high-volume outreach calling, prospect qualification, and daily monitoring of incoming leads and ad spending. You will act as the first point of contact for new inquiries while ensuring our lead pipelines and campaign budgets stay fully tracked. Key Responsibilities High-Volume Outreach Calling: Make continuous daily calls to fresh inbound inquiries and database leads to pitch our services.

Lead Tracking & Spend Monitoring: Maintain a real-time check on incoming leads, monitoring daily lead volume against ongoing ad spend and campaign budgets (Meta & Google Ads) to track cost per lead and efficiency.

Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients' requirements, budgets,



and timeline before scheduling discovery discussions.

Aggressive Follow-ups: Conduct systematic follow-ups via phone calls and WhatsApp to ensure zero lead leakage.

Pipeline Updates: Record call outcomes, lead status, conversion stages, and daily numbers in Google Sheets/CRM.

Deal Closures & Incentives: Push qualified leads toward final closures to maximize monthly incentive earnings.

Requirements

Fluent and confident verbal communication in Hindi and English. Comfort and stamina for high-volume calling throughout the day.

Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (leads, ad spend, cost per lead). Working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel to log numbers and track budgets.

Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of telecalling/inside sales experience are welcome to apply.
