Telecalling Executive / Admission Counselor (Telecaller)

Job Summary The Telecalling Executive is responsible for converting enquiries into walk-ins by calling prospective students, following up on leads, explaining courses, and maintaining accurate lead records. The primary objective is to generate quality walk-ins and support admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Call fresh and existing leads on a daily basis.
- Generate qualified walk-ins through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and ongoing offers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Update lead status accurately in the CRM or lead management system.
- Re-engage old and inactive leads to generate recent walk-ins.
- Coordinate with the counseling team regarding scheduled appointments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and walk-in targets.
- Record call outcomes and submit Daily Status Reports (DSR).
- Handle basic enquiry resolution professionally and politely.




- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

Daily KPIs
- Outbound Calls: 60–80 calls
- Meaningful Conversations: 25–35
- WhatsApp Follow-ups: 20–30
- Walk-ins Generated: 2–3 per day
- Daily DSR Submission: Mandatory before leaving

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Hindi (English communication is an advantage).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Good follow-up and time management skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualification
- Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in telecalling, sales, education counseling, or customer support is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
