Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000/month fixed + 3.5% incentive on every closed deal

Cineweds is a Navi Mumbai-based wedding photography and videography studio known for cinematic storytelling. We're growing our sales team to convert enquiries into booked weddings.

Role Overview

We're looking for a confident, well-spoken Telecaller to handle outbound sales calls to couples enquiring about our wedding photography packages. You'll be the first point of contact for most leads, building rapport, explaining our offerings, and closing bookings. This is a high-activity, high-reward sales role: the better you close, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to leads generated via Meta ads, Instagram, and referrals
- Clearly explain Cineweds' package offerings.
- Follow up consistently with leads after quotations are sent, via WhatsApp and calls
- Handle objections (pricing, availability,



comparisons with other studios) using provided scripts
- Maintain a daily call log/sheet tracking lead status and next steps
- Flag hot leads to the founder for in-person or video consultation
- Drive bookings to close, your incentive is directly tied to deals you help close

Who We're Looking For
- Fluent in Hinglish, comfortable speaking to clients in a mix of Hindi and English
- Confident on the phone, persistent without being pushy
- Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred, not mandatory
- Organized, able to track and follow up on leads without dropping them
- Motivated by results ,this role rewards hustle directly
