Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven, and experienced Telesales Team Leader to manage and inspire our telesales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in telesales/inside sales, with proven leadership capabilities to drive patient inquiries into confirmed clinic appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales executives to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets.
- Conversion Optimization: Guide the team in converting inbound and outbound leads into booked clinic consultations/treatments.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor live calls, review call recordings, conduct regular feedback sessions, and maintain high communication standards.
- Training & Coaching: Onboard new team members, conduct regular product/service knowledge refreshers,



and teach objection-handling techniques.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM, track KPIs (conversion rate, call duration, connect rate), and report daily/weekly performance to management.
- Customer Escalations: Handle challenging customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience in Telesales/Inside Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader / Supervisory role. (Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or clinic settings is a strong plus).
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in [e.g., English, Hindi, Local Language].
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, train, and drive performance in a high-pressure, target-oriented workplace.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Google Sheets/MS Excel, and lead management tools.
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred .
