Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Telesales

Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products or services, explain offerings, and respond to customer questions. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining call logs and customer records, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role involves providing courteous customer support, handling objections,



and following up on prospects to drive conversions.

The Telesales

Executive will collaborate with the sales team to share feedback from customers and improve scripts, campaigns, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including transparent spoken English and active listening
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and resolve basic issues
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and close opportunities
- Ability to work with call management or CRM tools and maintain accurate records
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and work under time-bound conditions
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer-centric approach
- Prior telesales, inside sales, or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
