Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for engaging with prospective clients and promoting DMC Immigration’s services over the phone. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining immigration and visa services, and guiding potential clients through initial eligibility criteria. The role involves qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and following up consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed consultations.

Executive will collaborate with the counseling and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of interested clients, meet defined sales targets, and provide courteous and professional customer support at all times.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build trust.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and achieve conversion targets.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM or telecalling software, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Previous experience in telesales, call center operations, or immigration/education consulting is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, meet performance goals, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
