We are looking for a friendly and energetic Telecounselor to join our team. In this role, you will talk to clients on the phone, understand their travel or visa requirements, and explain how our services can assist them. If you enjoy speaking with people, helping them plan their international trips or visa applications, and have good communication skills, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities Call Potential Clients: Reach out to people who have asked for information about tourist, visitor, or work visas.

Understand Client Needs: Ask simple questions to learn where they want to travel, their visa type, and their timeline.

Explain Our Services: Inform clients about our process, documentation support, and visa guidance clearly.

Book Appointments:



Schedule online or in-person meetings with senior visa consultants for clients who need detailed filing help.

Follow Up: Stay in touch with interested clients through phone calls or WhatsApp messages.

Maintain Records: Keep basic notes of client inquiries and daily calls in our system.
