Role Description The Telemarketer role is a full-time remote position responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce company services, generate interest, and support sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include explaining product and service offerings clearly, answering basic customer questions, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team. The Telemarketer will maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer details in the company’s systems, while adhering to calling scripts and compliance guidelines.





The role also involves working closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience and to meet individual and team targets.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage professionally with diverse customers over the phone.
