Job Summary: Responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining overseas education opportunities, generating leads, and supporting students throughout the initial counselling process.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads. Explain overseas education programs, universities, and admission processes. Understand student requirements and provide relevant information. Schedule counselling appointments with education counsellors. Maintain accurate lead and call records. Follow up regularly with interested students. Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team. Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Required Skills: Positive English communication skills (written and verbal). Confident and professional telephone communication. Good convincing and interpersonal skills. Basic MS Office knowledge. Strong follow-up and lead management skills. Ability to meet targets and handle multiple leads. Overseas education experience is preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
