We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in Bellandur, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers/leads.

- Explain products/services and provide relevant information.

- Follow up with leads and existing customers.

- Handle customer queries professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements
- Language Requirement:

- Hindi Gujarati OR

- Hindi Bengali

- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Candidates should be target-oriented and have a positive attitude.
