Job Summary

We are hiring a Telecaller / Lead Management Executive to handle incoming property inquiries, engage with potential customers, and coordinate site visits. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys talking to people and wants a stable career in real estate sales — no prior real estate experience required.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Understand customer needs and explain relevant property options clearly
- Schedule and confirm site visits with interested customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM/tracking sheet




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Re-engage cold or inactive leads through periodic follow-up calls

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English/local language]
- Basic computer/smartphone knowledge for data entry
- Freshers welcome — full training provided
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales is a plus
- Comfortable making 50–100+ calls per day
