About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, explaining our services, following up with interested leads, and helping generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
- Explain our services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with interested customers
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries
- Maintain proper follow-up of leads
- Schedule meetings/calls with interested prospects
- Update daily calling and lead status
- Work towards monthly lead/conversion targets

Requirements




- Good communication skills in Hindi/Hinglish
- Confident and polite while speaking on calls
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/computer
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Previous telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage
