Job Title: Sales Telecaller Company: Smart Shram Media Location: B-111, The Landmark, Kudasan, Gandhinagar Experience: 6 Months or more Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain company products/services to prospective customers. Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. Maintain daily call and lead records. Convert interested leads into appointments/sales. Achieve monthly sales and calling targets. Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.

RequirementsMinimum 6 months of telecalling/sales experience . Basic computer knowledge. Valuable communication and convincing skills. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English . Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
