We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telecaller / Immigration Sales Executive to join our remote sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads generated through our marketing channels.
- Understand candidate requirements and provide relevant information about overseas job and immigration opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Qualify leads based on candidate profile, requirements and eligibility.
- Explain our services, processes and next steps clearly.
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates and maintain lead pipelines.
- Convert qualified leads into successful clients.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth candidate handling.

Requirements
- Prior experience in immigration / overseas education / recruitment sales is REQUIRED.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent English and Hindi are MUST.
- Strong sales and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with daily calling targets.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
- Good internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
- Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
