What you'll do

- Call interested students and parents
- Explain our courses, fees and career opportunities in a simple, friendly way
- Guide students from their first enquiry through registration and admission
- Follow up regularly and build a relationship of trust with every lead
- Maintain daily call records and lead updates in the CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the counselling team for campus visits and walk-ins

Work timings

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday off

Who we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, admissions counselling or customer support
- Good communication in Telugu
- A confident, polite and convincing way of speaking
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience in education or admissions counselling is a big plus
