Digital Compass is a growing travel and tourism company specializing in customized holiday packages, particularly across Darjeeling, Sikkim, North Bengal and the Northeast.

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can handle travel enquiries, communicate with customers, follow up consistently and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is a sales-focused role with an attractive performance incentive structure. Candidates who are confident in communication and capable of converting leads can earn significantly more than the fixed salary.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming travel enquiries generated through Meta Ads, WhatsApp, phone calls and other channels.
- Call customers and understand their travel requirements, including destination, dates, number of travellers, hotel preferences and budget.
- Explain travel packages, itineraries, inclusions and pricing clearly to customers.




- Prepare and send quotations and itineraries through WhatsApp.
- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain a proper follow-up schedule.
- Handle customer questions, objections and price negotiations professionally.
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and bookings.
- Follow up with old and inactive leads to generate additional bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team after confirmation of a booking.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat/referral business.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
