Telecaller – Lead Generation & Sales Coordination Key Responsibilities:

Call leads provided by the company and communicate with potential clients.

Understand the client’s basic requirements and provide initial information about the company’s construction services.

Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper lead records.

Achieve the assigned daily target of fixing client meetings for the Outside Sales Executives.

Coordinate with the Outside Sales Team regarding scheduled meetings and client requirements.

Maintain regular follow-ups until the meeting is confirmed.

Provide daily updates on calls, follow-ups, and meetings scheduled.

Requirements

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of residential construction and construction-related terms.

Previous experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage.

Target-oriented and comfortable with regular follow-ups.

Basic computer knowledge.

Performance Target: Daily meeting-fixing target will be assigned and monitored based on the leads provided.
