Job Summary

Prop CID is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, following up with prospects, and scheduling property site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company database.
- Explain available properties, projects, prices, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate qualified leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Schedule property site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
- Real estate telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
- Must be confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
