Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.

- Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions using tech support services.

- Utilize strong convincing skills to overcome objections and close deals over the phone.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of quality in work performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment, preferably in International Voice Process (US/UK).

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).

- Excellent English communication skills with good knowledge of Hindi language.

- Solid interpersonal skills with ability to handle international clients effectively.
