Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketing Executive who will connect with existing and prospective customers over the phone and introduce them to Beauty & Beyond, our products, offers, services and latest launches.

The role will primarily involve calling salon owners, beauty professionals, academies and other potential customers, building relationships and generating enquiries for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Call existing and prospective customers and introduce Beauty & Beyond and its product range.
- Inform customers about new products, special offers, promotions, exhibitions and upcoming events.
- Understand the customer's requirements and recommend relevant products or categories.
- Generate qualified enquiries and leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers who have previously visited, purchased or enquired with Beauty & Beyond.
- Invite customers to visit the Beauty & Beyond store/showroom.
- Reconnect with inactive customers and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain regular communication with salon owners, beauty professionals and academies.
- Share product catalogues, offers and relevant information through WhatsApp when required.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, follow-ups and leads.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM/database.
- Follow up on interested leads until they are transferred to the concerned salesperson.




- Collect basic customer feedback and communicate important feedback to management.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, customer visits and lead generation.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Ability to explain products and offers clearly.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and computer operations.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or the beauty/salon industry will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling / Telemarketing / Telesales

Industry Preference: Beauty, Salon, Cosmetics, FMCG, Retail or Consumer Products

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be measured on:

- Number of calls made
- Customers successfully contacted
- Qualified leads generated
- Follow-ups completed
- Store visits generated
- Sales enquiries generated
- Customer reactivation
- Conversion of leads into business

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
