Our company is hiring energetic and self-confident Telecalling Executives. The candidate will be responsible for contacting the customers, explaining the features of our products/services, generating leads, and following up with the prospects.
Responsibilities:
Making cold calls to the prospective and existing customers.
Explaining the features and advantages of our products/services to the customer.
Generating leads and following up with the prospects.
Handling the customer's questions and objections professionally.
Keeping track of all the customers' data and call records.
Following up with the customers who have shown interest in our products/services on a regular basis.
Meeting the daily and monthly targets of calling.
Coordinating with the sales team to get leads and convert them into sales.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred: Hindi/Odia/English communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers can apply.
Previous telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
