Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with property leads received through
- various sources.
- Understand customers’ requirements, budget and preferred location. Explain property projects, offers and basic details to customers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update lead/customer details in Excel or CRM. Achieve daily/monthly calling and site-visit targets.
