Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Freelance Lead Generation & Tele calling Executive who can research and identify potential clients from different sources, collect relevant contact information, make outbound calls, generate leads, understand the prospect's requirements, and fix appointments with interested/positive prospects.

The freelancer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all leads and calls in an Excel sheet/Google Sheet.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients/leads from various sources such as online platforms, directories, websites, social media and other relevant sources.
- Collect and maintain accurate lead information in Excel Sheet/ Google Sheet, including:
- Date of Call
- Name
- Contact number
- Location
- Company/Organization name, wherever applicable
- Relevant business/contact details
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company/services professionally.
- Generate leads through effective tele calling and prospect interaction.
- Understand the prospect's basic requirement and identify genuine/interested prospects.
- Fix appointments with interested or qualified prospects as per the agreed process.
- Follow up with prospects where required.
- Record the outcome of every call accurately.
- Identify and appropriately record positive responses/qualified leads based on the agreed criteria.
- Share the updated lead and calling report periodically as agreed.
- Ensure that all information entered in the report is accurate and complete.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client/prospect information and contact details.

Required Skills

- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Tamil and Telugu is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in additional Indian languages will be an advantage.




- Good lead-generation and prospecting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good listening, convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify genuine prospects and generate qualified leads.
- Professional and polite approach while communicating with prospective clients.
- Smartphone and reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and manage calling and lead-generation activities.

Preferred Candidates

- Female candidates will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in tele calling, lead generation, appointment setting, customer support, sales calling, recruitment calling or business development will be preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable working from home on a flexible freelance basis are encouraged to apply.

Performance & Payment Criteria

- The payment structure will be based on the number of eligible/active calls completed and the quality of responses/leads generated.
- An additional/higher payment will be applicable for calls that result in a positive response, qualified lead or confirmed appointment, subject to the mutually agreed criteria.
- Calls or leads that are invalid, duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or do not meet the agreed criteria may not qualify for payment.

Reporting

- The freelancer must maintain and regularly submit the Excel/Google Sheet containing complete lead and calling details. The company may verify the lead information, calls and responses before processing payment.

Engagement Terms

- This is a freelance, call-based engagement and not a regular employment position.
- There is no fixed monthly salary.
- Payment will be calculated based on eligible calls, qualified leads and/or appointments as mutually agreed.
- The freelancer is expected to maintain confidentiality of all client/prospect information.
- The engagement may be continued based on performance, business requirements and mutual agreement.
