We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Admissions to connect with prospective parents, generate school visits, and support the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make professional and effective calls to prospective parents and leads.
- Understand parents’ requirements and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum and admissions.
- Build a positive connect with parents and encourage them to schedule a school visit/campus tour.
- Follow up consistently with prospective parents and maintain lead records.
- Work towards calling, visit and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth follow-up and conversion.
- Handle parent queries professionally and maintain a positive school image.
Requirements:
- 6 months–1 year of experience in telecalling, counselling, admissions or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Confident, pleasant and persuasive communication style.
- Target-oriented with positive follow-up skills.
- Basic computer/CRM skills.
- Passion for working in the education sector.
