About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our team and help us connect with construction companies and project managers across Guntur, Vijayawada, and surrounding regions.

What You'll Do

✅ Make outbound calls to construction companies, contractors, and real estate developers

✅ Identify new construction projects happening in Guntur, Vijayawada, and nearby areas

✅ Introduce Winntus services (scaffolding & shuttering rental) to potential customers

✅ Understand customer requirements and share relevant solutions

✅ Generate quality leads and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team

✅ Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and project timelines





✅ Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication

What We're Looking For

? Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, lead generation, or customer outreach (construction/B2B industry experience is a plus)

? Communication: Fluent in Telugu & English (Hindi is a bonus); confident phone etiquette

? Local Knowledge: Understanding of Guntur/Vijayawada region and local construction market

? Skills: Good at research, follow-ups, and maintaining records

? Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent

? Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Excel, CRM tools, or Google Sheets
