Telecaller – Sales (Travel & Tourism)

Job Summary

As a Telecaller at Tourmax, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers interested in travel packages. You’ll use phone, WhatsApp, and email to reach potential customers, share information about tour packages, follow up on leads, and help convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company database to promote travel/tour packages.
- Provide clear, professional information about tours (itineraries, pricing, offers, dates) in Malayalam and basic English.
- Follow up on interested leads and update call status daily.
- Share itineraries, quotations, and details via WhatsApp or email.
- Help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and coordinate with field or office teams.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries,



and customer info.

Candidate Requirements

- Fluent communication in Malayalam; basic English preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette, good persuasion and listening skills.
- Familiar with smartphone apps (WhatsApp), email, and basic office tools like Google Sheets.
- Passionate about travel and comfortable talking to customers.
- Freshers or 0–2 years’ experience in telecalling/sales welcome.
