SKS Steel Industries is looking for a Telecaller with excellent communication skills who can handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. The candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, managing calls, maintaining records, and building good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers regarding company products and services.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Manage call records and maintain customer details.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic queries.
- Coordinate with the sales and office team when required.
- Maintain polite and qualified communication at all times.

Requirements
- Good communication and speaking skills.




- Ability to manage phone calls confidently and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and WhatsApp).
- Positive listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
