Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who can handle customer calls, generate leads, and convert them into sales. The candidate should have positive communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain products/services clearly and effectively

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner

Maintain daily call records and reports

Follow up with interested customers

Update customer data in CRM or WhatsApp

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of mobile/computer

Positive attitude and patience

Qualification

Minimum 10th / 12th pass

Freshers can apply (Experience is a plus)
