- Position: Telecaller

- Location: Market Building Indera Textile

- Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.

- Explain products, offers, services, and promotions clearly.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

- Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.

- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

- Ensure professional and polite communication with customers.

- Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation.

- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi & Odia.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.

- Positive attitude and good convincing skills.

- Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.

- Preferred Skills: Communication Customer Handling Lead Generation Follow-up Basic Computer Knowledge

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
