Job Title: Telecaller – Sales

:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing team in the Crusher & Crushing Machinery Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming enquiries from Google Ads, IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified sales leads.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, products, spare parts and machinery requirements.
- Share product catalogues, company profiles and quotations through WhatsApp/Email.
- Maintain customer and enquiry databases and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Develop good relationships with customers and generate repeat business.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Telesales.
- Experience in Crusher, Construction Machinery, Mining Equipment or Industrial Products will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email and WhatsApp.
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
