Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our interior design team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings/site visits with the sales and design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Understand clients’ requirements for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Explain our interior design and turnkey execution services clearly.
- Qualify leads based on project type, location, budget, area, and timeline.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales/design team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing leads.
- Update lead information, call status, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Handle basic client queries and provide relevant information about our services.
- Maintain daily call and lead-generation reports.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective clients through professional communication.

Requirements




- Good communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, real estate, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and work towards lead-generation targets.
