About the Role

KPCIRC is immediately hiring two highly motivated Inside Sales Executives for our Delhi NCR office. You will be the first point of contact for OnKommon, our advanced precision oncology platform. This role is strictly office-based and focuses on B2B outbound calling to generate leads, qualify clinics, and set up high-value appointments for our field sales team.

What You Will Do

- Conduct daily B2B outbound calls to hospital administrators, oncology clinics, and diagnostic centers across the region.
- Qualify leads and schedule confirmed meetings or tele-consultations for our Area Sales Managers and Field Executives.
- Follow up on warm leads via phone and email with product brochures and testing details.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline using our CRM software (HubSpot), logging all call notes and clinic feedback.
- Handle basic inbound inquiries regarding test menus, turnaround times, and logistics.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in outbound B2B tele-sales, inside sales,



or appointment setting. Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, or diagnostic lab sales is a significant advantage.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Degrees in Science (B.Sc, B.Pharm) or Healthcare Administration are highly preferred to help you confidently navigate medical terminology.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in both English and Hindi. You must be resilient, comfortable with high call volumes, and professional when speaking to medical staff.
- Tech Readiness: Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud telephony.
