Position: Telecalling Executive

Location: Ghaziabad

Department: Sales / Telecalling

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and leads.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain daily call reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English preferred.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with daily targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
