We are looking for a confident and enthusiasticTelecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about our products and services.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers and maintain lead status.
- Maintain customer and lead information in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.
- Schedule meetings and calls between prospects and the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of daily calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Build a good relationship with prospective customers.
- Work towards converting qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi and English.
- Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales,Customer Support, Lead Generation or Sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.

- Marathi + English communication is mandatory.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
