We are seeking an experienced Technical Yarn Export Manager with strong expertise in HR yarns and cut-resistant yarns to drive international sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for developing global markets, acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and driving export sales for technical and performance yarn products used in PPE, cut-resistant gloves, protective clothing, industrial applications, and technical textiles.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute international sales strategies for HR yarns and cut-resistant yarns.

- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, agents, and business opportunities in overseas markets.

- Develop business with manufacturers of cut-resistant gloves, protective apparel, safety products, technical textiles, and industrial textiles.

- Generate enquiries, prepare technical/commercial quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and convert enquiries into orders.

- Manage the complete export sales cycle from enquiry and sampling to order execution, shipment, and payment realization.

- Develop strong relationships with international customers and key accounts.

- Understand customer requirements related to yarn count, blend composition, strength, elongation, abrasion resistance, cut resistance, construction,



and performance specifications.

- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality, and Technical teams for product development, customized yarns, trials, and customer approvals.

- Coordinate with logistics and commercial teams for export documentation, shipment planning, and timely delivery.

- Monitor international markets, competitor products, pricing, customer requirements, and emerging applications in technical textiles and PPE

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with internal technical and quality teams.

- Follow up on receivables and ensure timely payment realization.

- Achieve assigned export sales, volume, profitability, and recent-customer acquisition targets.

Technical & Industry Knowledge

- Strong understanding of HR yarns and cut-resistant yarns.

- Knowledge of yarn performance characteristics.

- Understanding of yarn applications in cut-resistant gloves, PPE, safety wear, protective clothing, and industrial textiles.

- Knowledge of relevant cut-resistance and textile performance testing standards will be an advantage.

- Ability to understand customer technical specifications and convert them into commercial opportunities.
