Job Summary

We are looking for a Techno-Sales Executive with a technical background and strong communication skills to support sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting project sites, understanding customer requirements, conducting technical presentations, recommending suitable solutions, and converting enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites, projects, architects, contractors, consultants and clients for business development.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions/products.
- Conduct product presentations, technical presentations and demonstrations at client/project sites.
- Explain product features, applications, specifications, benefits and application procedures.
- Generate new enquiries and follow up with existing leads.
- Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals and product information.
- Coordinate with the technical/site team for product demonstrations and project execution.




- Conduct regular site visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries until order closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development.
- Maintain records of customer meetings, site visits, enquiries and sales follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and meet customers regularly.
- Basic understanding of technical products and their applications.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain them clearly to customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint.

Experience

- 05 years of experience in Technical Sales, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Construction, Infrastructure, Flooring, Waterproofing, or a related industry.
- Freshers with positive communication and presentation skills can also apply.
