We are seeking a skilled Technician II – Electronics to support the assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems used in automotive, EV, industrial, and defense applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wiring harness assembly, electronic subsystem integration, electrical testing, and prototype development, with the ability to work from engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation.

nKey Responsibilities

- Perform assembly and integration of electrical and electronic systems, subassemblies, and wiring harnesses.
n
- Build and install power and signal harnesses as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
n
- Crimp, terminate, solder, splice, and assemble connectors, cables, and electronic components.
n
- Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, and functional testing of harnesses and electrical systems.
n
- Assist in installation and integration of:
n
- Battery systems
n
- Power Distribution Units (PDU)
n
- DC-DC converters
n
- Control units and sensors
n
- Communication modules
n
- Read and interpret:
n
- Electrical schematics
n
- Wiring diagrams
n
- Harness drawings
n
- Assembly instructions
n
- Support prototype builds, system integration, and vehicle-level electrical installations.
n
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and diagnostic tools.
n
- Verify proper routing, protection, and securing of wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.
n
- Maintain manufacturing and test records in accordance with quality procedures.
n
- Support environmental, functional, and validation testing activities.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ESD procedures.

- Hands-on experience in electronics assembly and electrical wiring.

nEducation & Experience

- Diploma / ITI / Associate Degree in:

- Electronics Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Mechatronics

- Instrumentation or related discipline

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in electronics assembly, testing, or vehicle electrical integration.
n
- Experience in automotive, EV, aerospace, defense, industrial automation, or related industries preferred.

- Experience in prototype vehicle or equipment builds.

- Familiarity with automotive or military-grade connectors and wiring practices.

- Certification in IPC soldering standards (preferred).

- Experience with harness manufacturing and assembly processes.
