We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager / Deputy Manager with strong expertise in HVAC systems, particularly Chillers, Data Center Cooling Solutions, and Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) .

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for Chillers, Data Centers, and PAC systems .

✅ Support the Service Team in resolving complex field issues, including:

- Mechanical issues
- Electrical issues
- Controller/Programming-related issues

✅ Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive solutions. ✅ Develop and deliver technical training programs for:

- Service Engineers
- Commissioning Engineers
- Testing & Validation Teams

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance,



reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Profile

✔ 14-16 years of experience in HVAC technical support/service operations

✔ Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

✔ Hands-on experience in Chiller, Data Center, and PAC applications

✔ Excellent communication and training capabilities

✔ Willingness to support field teams and customer-facing technical activities
